Li Wei has spent over 12 years on the factory floor in China, working directly with brands from 20+ countries. She specializes in translating startup ideas into production-ready tech packs and helping first-time founders navigate the complexities of Chinese sportswear manufacturing.

Her hands-on experience spans every stage of the production process — from fabric sourcing and pattern development to inline quality inspection and final shipment coordination. She is deeply involved in maintaining LeelineWear's ISO 9001 certification and AQL 2.5 inspection standards.
