Dye transitions from solid to gas at 200°C and bonds inside the polyester fiber at the molecular level — the color becomes the fabric, not a layer on top. The print survives because it was never "on" the jersey. Full 360° coverage from collar to hem, zero weight added, zero per-color charges.
