Every order includes full design support, digital mockups (front, back, sleeves), and a physical sample before bulk production. Yes — we use a Pantone spectrophotometer on every production batch. All jerseys in a single team set (home, away, libero, warm-up) are printed from the same dye lot, so every player's jersey shares identical color values across all garment types. For re-orders, we maintain digital color archives: your 2026 season jerseys will color-match your 2025 set. Neon, fluorescent, and metallic-effect colorways are all available — these are a specialty of our sublimation process.

Design mockups: 24–48 hours. Physical sampling: 7–15 days (full sublimation, cut-and-sew, finishing, your chosen fabric at your chosen weight). Bulk production: 15–30 days from sample approval. Total timeline: 4–5 weeks from first message to delivery. Rush production is available at 12–15 days for an additional fee. We guarantee your delivery date — if we can't hit your deadline, we tell you before you commit, not after.

First: raglan sleeve construction — the shoulder seam angles from underarm to collarbone instead of sitting on top of the shoulder, eliminating the restriction point that pulls tight on every serve and spike. Second: reinforced forearm panels — dual-layer fabric on the contact zone that hits the floor on every dig, with the sublimation surface carrying through uninterrupted. Third: drop-tail rear hem with internal silicone grip — stays tucked through slides and dives. Fourth: body-mapped ventilation — laser-perforated panels on the upper chest and mid-back where heat output peaks during rallies, not random holes placed for aesthetics. Fifth: flatlock seams throughout — no raised ridges against the skin, no chafing in a 5-set match. A generic team shirt fails all five within a season.

Our design team creates complete front/back/sleeve mockups within 24 hours showing exactly how your jersey will look on the court. Two to three revision rounds are included at no charge. No design fee on production orders. Ready-to-print files (AI, PSD, PDF) also accepted if you have a finished design.

We sign a mutual NDA before you share any design files, logos, team branding, or player information — this is standard practice for every client, from a 25-unit first order to a 5,000-unit league contract. Your jersey artwork, color schemes, sponsor layouts, and customer data are never shown to other clients, never posted online, and never used in our marketing without your explicit written permission. All digital design files are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. We can work with your existing NDA template or provide ours — whichever you prefer.
