We manufacture to US size standards by default for all US-bound orders. Our pattern team uses ASTM D5585 measurement tables for adult sizing and ASTM D6860 for youth. You can also provide your own graded spec sheet, and we'll match it exactly. Sizes range from XS through 5XL with consistent grading. Fit sample rounds ensure the cut, drape, and proportions match American consumer expectations before production begins.

Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. For established brands with repeat order history, we offer net-30 terms on the balance. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. All invoices are in USD — no exchange rate surprises. First-time buyers can start with a small trial order (100 pcs) to build trust before scaling.

Our CPSIA compliance protocol includes: third-party lab testing for lead content (90 ppm limit) and phthalates on all components (fabric, buttons, zippers, prints); Children's Product Certificate (CPC) issued with every youth order; tracking labels with batch numbers, production date, and factory location on every garment; and permanent compliance records retained for 5 years as required by CPSC. Our FBA prep team handles GTIN/UPC registration coordination as well.
