You will walk the production floor, meet the QC team, review our certification records, and inspect current production runs. If travel is not feasible, we offer live video tours via Zoom where our quality manager walks you through every production stage in real time. Many of our DACH clients complete the entire onboarding remotely without any issues.

What payment terms do you offer for German buyers?

Our standard structure is 30% deposit to begin production and 70% balance before shipment. We invoice in EUR with our German-market account details. For established clients with multiple orders, we offer net-30 terms after the third production run. All invoices are VAT-compliant and include a detailed breakdown for your Buchhaltung. We also accept LC (letter of credit) for orders above EUR 20,000.

What format should my tech pack be in? We have designs in Illustrator and Excel.

We accept AI, PDF, Excel, and CorelDRAW formats — send whatever you have. Our pattern team works directly from your existing files. If your tech pack is incomplete (e.g., missing graded measurements or stitch details), our in-house pattern maker will fill the gaps and send a completed tech pack back for your approval before sampling begins. No extra charge for tech pack completion.

What happens if a shipment arrives with quality defects?

We operate a no-disappearing policy. If a defect is traced to our manufacturing, we credit your account or replace the affected units on your next order — whichever you prefer. To prevent issues, we inspect 100% of garments before container loading, not just AQL sampling. QC reports and production-floor photos are shared weekly during production so there are no surprises when the goods arrive.
