Size Grading — XS Through 5XL
Every silhouette is pattern-graded across the full size spectrum using 47 anatomical measurement points per size. A 5XL robe drapes identically to a Small — same proportions, same collar-to-hem ratio, same arm opening geometry. Individual fighter size labels on every piece eliminate sorting confusion at the gym.
Reinforced Fight Construction
Bar-tacked at every stress point — pocket corners, side slits, waistband anchor points, and shoulder seams. Double-needle stitching on all major seams. Reinforced gussets at the crotch and underarm. This is not fashion construction — it is engineered to survive the corner, the ring walk, the clinch, and the post-fight wash cycle, season after season.
Waistband, Cuff & Hem Control
Trunk waistbands: choose full elastic, internal drawstring, or hybrid elastic-plus-drawstring. Jacket cuffs: rib-knit, elastic band, or adjustable velcro. Robe hems: classic full-length, mid-calf, or modern cropped. Every closure and finish detail is a decision you make — not a factory default we impose.
